Responsibilities

• Translate organizational vision, strategic priorities, and goals into a roadmap of features and enhancements
• Lead backlog prioritization and align experiences across channels and touchpoints
• Analyze key product metrics to understand customer interactions and opportunities
• Establish and nurture relationships with stakeholders and influencers supporting B2C/B2B strategies
• Prepare product documentation and provide stakeholders with product knowledge and technical expertise
• Influence high-level initiative prioritization for strong business results
• Help plan the future direction of B2C/B2B channels and features using customer insights and quantifiable business cases
• Establish program roadmaps and strategies with senior leadership and key stakeholder consensus
• Influence and nurture indirect team members implementing the product roadmap
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement within GM Financial B2C/B2B channels
• Drive execution of a roadmap of features and experiences exceeding customer expectations and meeting business objectives
