Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own a SaaS product in a fast-paced environment in Houston. You will shape the product vision, build the roadmap, and manage the backlog with a focus on delivering customer value.

You will collaborate with Design, Engineering, and Scrum Masters, develop data-driven business cases, and present results to leadership. Strong communication and agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

5 years of sales or industry experience required.
Bachelor2s degree or equivalent in business-related field.
Master2s degree is a plus.
Pragmatic Institute certification preferred.
5+ years2 experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment for B2B.
Experience on an agile team utilizing a 224 weeks sprint cadence is essential.
Understanding of software user interface best practices.
Compliance business process knowledge a plus.
Maritime industry experience a plus.
Working knowledge of the ABS Health, Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System.

Responsibilities

Own the overall vision, growth, and profitability of the assigned product.
Create, communicate, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
Prioritize backlog and make value-based tradeoff decisions aligned with business strategy.
Develop data-backed business cases and economic models.
Partner with Design, Engineering, and Scrum Masters within an agile team to deliver the product backlog.
Serve as the voice of the customer and communicate product value and prioritization decisions.
Maintain stakeholder relationships, communicate status, align priorities, and support go-to-market plans.
Develop user stories, elaborate Epics and Features, maintain the backlog, support user and application testing, and coordinate releases.
Coordinate new and changed functionality with affected business groups for seamless rollouts.
Assist with training global sales teams and prepare sales materials.
Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and industry professional associations.
Ensure marketing and sales materials are appropriate for global ABS markets.
Work with ABS groups to cross-sell products that enhance ABS offerings.
