Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Manager to orchestrate Order-to-Cash capabilities, AR, and Contract Management within Agile teams. You will translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps, manage backlogs, and define user stories to deliver measurable value.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align roadmaps with enterprise objectives, ensure accurate billing, and drive digital transformation initiatives across order lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management.
• Experience supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) capabilities.
• Experience in Agile environments as Product Owner/Manager.
• Experience roadmapping, backlog management, and delivering enterprise tech solutions.
• Knowledge of SAP SD and FI-AR preferred.
• Experience in energy/manufacturing/transportation industries preferred.
• Product Owner Certification (CSPO, PSPO) preferred.
• Understanding of UX, AI fundamentals, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Organize, prioritize, and assess work for Agile teams.
• Drive strategic direction, product roadmaps, and delivery of O2C capabilities.
• Lead product direction for Accounts Receivable & Collections and Contract & Order Management domains.
• Translate business strategy into actionable roadmaps.
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs.
• Define user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure delivery of measurable business value and alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Support accurate billing, cash application, dispute resolution, and collections execution.
• Support executable deals and accurate contracts across order lifecycle.
• Build and prioritize roadmaps, plan releases, and align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with Agile teams, stakeholders, customers, architects, UX, R&D, and operations teams.
• Resolve product development issues and perform trade-off analyses.
• Conduct customer research, product discovery, and market analysis.
• Collect quantitative data to evaluate product initiatives.
• Promote Agile approaches and enable delivery teams to meet commitments.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
