You will translate strategic priorities into executable quarterly plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure alignment with business goals and technical strategy.

The role emphasizes Agile planning, stakeholder communication, and data‑driven decision making, with opportunities to lead complex programs and mentor teams in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a scientific field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in product development with 4+ years in engineer, program, or product management.
• Experience with complex systems and regulated industries is a plus.
• Strong communication, influence, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Certifications in Project Management or Scrum Master are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and platform backlog with prioritization and readiness.
• Translate roadmap priorities into executable quarterly plans and backlogs.
• Drive end-to-end execution of cross-functional R&D initiatives and delivery lifecycles.
• Lead Agile planning, sprint reviews, and dependency management to implement the roadmap.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and functional leaders to align scope and timelines.
• Use data and metrics to inform decisions, track milestone progress, and manage risks.
• Provide proactive updates to leadership on progress, risks, and mitigations.
