FlightSafety International is seeking a Product Manager to own the direction for an assigned aviation training domain. The role collaborates with business stakeholders to define outcomes, VALUE, and prioritization.

It operates as a bridge between IT and business, ensuring investments align with strategy and deliver measurable outcomes. The PM will translate strategy into priorities, maintain roadmaps, and drive ROI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent industry experience.
  • 8+ years in product management, business relationship management, or a comparable strategic business‑IT interface role.
  • Demonstrated experience owning business outcomes, not just facilitating requests or managing projects.
  • Experience developing and maintaining business capability roadmaps aligned to organizational strategy.
  • Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations.
  • Proven track record building and maintaining senior-level business stakeholder relationships.
  • Experience with agile and product operating model maturation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a rolling product roadmap for the assigned domain, expressing priorities in terms of outcomes and value.
  • Translate business strategy into investment priorities and partner with stakeholders to identify capability gaps.
  • Represent and generate buy‑in to the product vision, strategy and roadmap with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Own the value proposition for significant initiatives entering the delivery pipeline, defining expected outcomes, KPIs and ROI.
  • Own measurement of whether delivered work achieved its intended outcome, tracking KPIs and validating ROI assumptions.
  • Partner with the Delivery Office on value realization reviews and use findings to improve future value articulation and prioritization decisions.
