Job summary

Magnera is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to support its Personal Care segment, managing the Spunmelt & Elastics technology portfolios. This role leads the development and execution of short- and long-term strategies for assigned product lines, collaborating with segment and functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment, profitability, and growth across products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Finance, or Sales preferred.
• Experience with nonwoven and/or elastics film technologies preferred.
• Strong knowledge of product management strategy and new product development.
• Analytical skills to assess market needs and align with business capabilities.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable sales tactics.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and other functions.
• Ability to lead without direct authority; team-oriented mindset.
• Understanding of Sales, Finance, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sourcing, and Logistics.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic visions for existing, enhanced, and new technologies across product lines.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to achieve strategic business goals.
• Identify internal and external business needs and growth opportunities.
• Develop strategic investment plans in collaboration with other departments.
• Analyze and communicate market trends, customer demands, and competitor strategies.
• Provide product assortment and pricing direction for new business opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings and trade events to stay informed on trends and opportunities.
• Create and execute 1- and 3-year product roadmaps to drive channel effectiveness, profitability, and growth.
