Magnera Corporation seeks a highly motivated Product Manager for its Personal Care segment, overseeing Spunmelt & Elastics technology portfolios. You will lead 1- and 3-year roadmaps, drive profitability, and align with Sales and Marketing to grow the business.

The role requires 3–5 years in Product Management or related fields, with strong analytical and collaboration skills. Travel 20–30% is expected to support customer meetings and trade events.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (required).
3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Finance, or Sales (preferred).
Experience with nonwoven and/or elastics film technologies (preferred).
Strong knowledge of product management strategy and new product development.
Skilled in analytical tools to assess market needs and align with business capabilities.
Proven ability to translate strategy into actionable sales tactics.
Strong collaboration skills with both Sales and functional teams.
Willingness to travel 20–30%.

Manage marketing tools including web content, advertisements, sell sheets, research, and presentations.
Lead cross-functional teams to resolve chronic quality issues.
Define service needs for new, updated, or discontinued products.

Job Summary

Magnera is seeking a highly motivated Product Manager to support its Personal Care segment, managing the Spunmelt & Elastics technology portfolios. This role is responsible for leading the development and execution of short- and long-term strategies for assigned product lines. The Product Manager will work closely with segment and functional leaders to ensure strategic alignment, drive profitability, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement strategic visions for existing, enhanced, and new technologies across product lines.
