Job summary

Magnera Corporation is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a non-woven production line, ensure safety, and drive performance. You will manage daily operations, coordinate with materials, maintenance, quality and production teams, and mentor staff to achieve KPIs for safety, quality, uptime and yield.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive manufacturing experience, and proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma; an associate degree preferred.
• At least 10 years in manufacturing/operations, non-woven/Sheet/Web experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use judgement to make compliant decisions.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a non-woven production line.
• Ensure safety and environmental compliance among team members.
• Conduct daily meetings to review safety, schedule, and staffing.
• Monitor processes and guide teams to meet production goals.
• Maintain documentation for process parameters and deviations.
• Coordinate with materials, maintenance, quality, and production.
• Supervise 12-hour rotating shift staff and training.
• Achieve KPIs for safety, quality, uptime, and yield.
