Job summary

Repligen seeks a Director of Product Management for the OPUS portfolio to lead strategy, lifecycle performance, and business results. You will drive platform growth, digital service leadership, and customer design-in while developing top product management talent.

You will partner with Commercial, Operations, Quality, and IT to execute go-to-market programs, improve delivery, and reduce complaints. Travel up to 25% is expected in this global role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline; MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
• 12+ years of experience in product management, portfolio strategy, commercialization, or business leadership in relevant markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex platform strategy and cross-functional execution.
• 7+ years of direct report management experience with talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Product Management team and own end-to-end lifecycle management for the OPUS® portfolio, including strategy and roadmap.
• Set long-term strategy and tactics with cross-functional teams across development, pricing, positioning, and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive commercialization, customer adoption, and design-in conversion with sales enablement and field support.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch customer-driven new products with clear business cases and execution plans.
• Drive platform innovation and digital service leadership, including configurator enhancements and data-enabled experiences.
• Integrate data and insights to support design-in from process development through commercial manufacturing.
• Partner with Commercial to translate input into product and revenue forecasts for demand planning.
• Track and improve business performance metrics, including revenue, funnel, and quality.
