Supermicro is seeking a Principal Product Manager (BD-PM in AI & Data Center Infrastructure) in San Jose, CA to own and accelerate market growth of the DC Building Block Solutions. This senior role blends deep technical insight with strategic product direction to win major design-in deals.

You will shape proposals, align Engineering, Sales, Rack Integration and Sales Engineering teams, and cultivate executive relationships to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in a hybrid business development role in data center/AI infra.
• Hands‑on data center infrastructure knowledge (power, cooling, rack integration).
• Proven ability to secure design wins and close large strategic deals.

Responsabilités

• Own commercial execution and market penetration for the DCBBS portfolio.
• Translate customer needs into compelling proposals and win strategic bids.
• Define market-backed product strategy and roadmap.
• Build executive relationships with target accounts and partners.
• Lead cross-functional GTM teams to flawless deal delivery.
