Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree with extensive progressive experience in B2B product management.
• Deep knowledge of motors or rotating equipment; OEM/HVAC/pump experience preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio strategy and SKU rationalization for Variable Speed Technology.
• Establish SLA governance and standardized workflows to improve efficiency and accountability.
• Lead market intelligence to guide product positioning, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and develop market-driven product requirements for new initiatives.
