You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to align strategy and drive growth. The position emphasizes cross-functional leadership, portfolio optimization, and data-driven decision-making to improve margins

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with minimum 12 years progressive experience in B2B product management or related field.
• Experience with motors/rotating equipment and OEM/HVAC/pump applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio strategy for Variable Speed Technology and SKU rationalization.
• Establish SLA governance and standardized workflows for product management.
• Lead market intelligence, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Lead product managers and cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
