ABB is seeking a Product Group Manager - Variable Speed Technology to drive strategic portfolio simplification, maintain SLA metrics, and lead market intelligence efforts. You will collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Sales to ensure accountability and achieve optimal business outcomes.

The role requires deep product management expertise, strong stakeholder leadership, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in B2B product management or portfolio management in industrial manufacturing.
• Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering preferred.
• Experience with motors or rotating equipment applications preferred.
• Strong business and financial acumen with stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Certifications like Lean 6 Sigma, PMP or Product Management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio strategy and SKU rationalization for Variable Speed Technology.
• Establish and improve product management processes with SLA governance.
• Lead market intelligence, pricing, and investment decisions.
• Champion innovation and cross-functional collaboration to deliver results.
