Job summary

Amphenol ICC seeks a Product Line Manager to lead development and marketing of High-speed IO Cable products worldwide. You will partner with engineering, marketing, operations and sales to translate customer needs into a winning product roadmap and drive NPI to production.

The role carries P&L ownership for HSIO Cable products (OSFP, QSFP variants), defines pricing strategies, and helps expand market share across global accounts. Travel about 25% is expected to engage customers and partners.

Qualifications

Experience in product management or engineering management in a high-speed electrical/electronic manufacturing context.
Ability to drive product strategy, pricing and cross-functional collaboration.
Willingness to travel ~25% for customer visits, trade shows and factory visits.

Responsibilities

Define, promote and support HSIO cable product family across global accounts.
Lead NPI to production, manage life cycle, cost, pricing and margins.
Develop pricing strategies and drive revenue targets.
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, operations and sales to close design wins.
Train internal teams on positioning, benefits and target applications.
