Job summary

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Embedded Software required; MBA preferred.
• 3 years of relevant experience in product management or engineering management in electrical/electronic manufacturing.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and align with market needs across HSIO Cable family.
• Own P&L for HSIO Cable across form factors (OSFP, QSFP-DD, QSFP, etc.).
• Lead NPI and mass production strategies, including supplier and tooling decisions.
• Develop pricing, cost targets, and margin improvement plans.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, sales, and operations to close opportunities.
