We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader who combines data subject matter expertise with product management skills to deliver data capabilities that enhance product distribution effectiveness.

The primary focus will be streamlining product data pipelines to enable alternative investments product sales compensation and reporting.

This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams, driving scalable data solutions that accelerate value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the product vision and strategy for data enablement supporting alternative investments sales.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, analytics, engineering, architecture, and governance to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Oversee implementation of data solutions that streamline sales processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Drive iterative improvements through continuous feedback and Agile practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–10 years of experience in product management, data platform modernization, or enterprise technology transformation.
• Proven experience in financial services, preferably investment banking or alternative investments.
• Hands-on experience translating strategic objectives and user needs into data solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
• Experience delivering outcomes in an Agile framework; Jira and Jira Align experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with intermediary investment business and advisor clients (BD and RIA space).
• Intellectual curiosity and commitment to continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments to progress while maintaining focus on execution.
