Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Design, or related field and 5 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
• Or 7 years’ experience in design, merchandising, marketing, or related area
• 1 year’s supervisory experience

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of complex product specifications throughout the product lifecycle to ensure quality and alignment with customer needs
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive initiatives, resolve issues, and maintain product alignment
• Conduct industry benchmarking to identify trends and inform product strategies
• Oversee cross-functional projects to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
• Develop and implement business strategies based on data analysis and market insights
• Drive financial performance by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing product profitability
• Provide regular updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
