Job summary

You’ll manage key accounts, influence procurement, and develop long‑term strategies while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field with 3 years’ BD experience.
• Or 5 years’ experience in business development, market development, product development, or related area.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of business plans by identifying needs, setting priorities, and removing obstacles to enhance performance.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and key accounts to support business growth and mutual value realization.
• Lead and mentor associates by assigning duties, providing coaching, and conducting performance evaluations to build a high‑performing team.
• Influence and direct sales strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and managing procurement processes.
• Evaluate effectiveness of plans and initiatives, applying improvements to increase efficiency and cost‑effectiveness.
• Foster collaboration across teams and stakeholders to achieve business goals and resolve issues proactively.
