Fidelity Institutional (FI) seeks a Product Analyst for Portfolio Construction Solutions within Wealth Advisory Managed Solutions. You will gather requirements, partner with business and tech teams, and help deliver features for risk analytics, manager research, and optimization platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration across Investment, tech, and distribution teams, with strong emphasis on data quality, testing, and agile practices to drive value for Fidelity and external clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Information Systems, Mathematics or Finance
• 3+ years of business analysis and/or systems analysis experience
• Customer-obsessed mindset translating user needs into product improvements
• Experience as a product analyst across multiple product lifecycles
• Strong interpersonal skills enabling cross-team collaboration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of portfolio construction and Investment Management approaches and Agile working

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering for new features/enhancements in the portfolio construction platform.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Ask probing questions to uncover value and rationale for features.
• Coordinate with developers, engineers, and UX designers to grow team capabilities.
• Assist in developing and overseeing a robust data environment for internal and external use.
• Ensure data quality checks enable reliable tool usage.
• Conduct product acceptance testing and validation.
