You will work with product, technology, and design teams to leverage data, customer feedback, and operational insight to drive digital experiences. You will define success, measure outcomes after launch, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborate with Legal, Risk, and Compliance to maintain integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years as a business analyst, or a Master's with 3+ years; financial services or regulated industry experience preferred.
• Experience supporting digital products through the full lifecycle from discovery through launch and measurement.
• Data fluency with Excel, BI tools, or other methods to generate insights.
• Strong business analysis fundamentals: process modeling, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to form a clear point of view from evidence and refine it as new information emerges.
• Strong communication and influence skills across teams; ownership mindset and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Bring evidence into decisions by using data, customer feedback, and operational insight.
• Frame problems as testable hypotheses and validate ideas before committing to build.
• Define what success looks like, measure results after launch, and distinguish shipped vs solved.
• Translate product intent and needs into clear requirements, user stories, processes, and acceptance criteria.
• Know how systems and business work—rules, dependencies, workflows, and customer impacts.
• Engage Legal, Risk, and Compliance early to embed integrity into solutions.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, business acceptance, release readiness, and implementation.
• Use AI tools to shorten the path from question to decision and improve analysis quality.
