Job summary

Fidelity is seeking an Analyst for Performance Measurement & Analysis to contribute to expansion, enhancement, and ongoing support of Fidelity's performance initiatives. You will collaborate with product, asset management and technology leaders to implement analytics aligned with strategic priorities and regulatory standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's with 5 years in financial services, strong analytical skills, and the ability to present insights to engineers and executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent with 5 years of progressive financial services experience in investment performance measurement, reporting and analysis.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to understand and resolve complex problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to contribute to multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to collaborate and build strong working relationships with team, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with comfort presenting to audiences from software engineers to executives.
• Pursuing CFA or CIPM is a plus.
• Partner with product, asset management and technology leaders to define and drive performance/analytics implementation.
• Assess updates to methodology, controls and processes per industry/regulatory standards, and support policy development.
• Provide ad hoc performance analysis and respond to stakeholder inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Provide ad hoc performance analysis and business support, including explaining methodologies and sources of return, investigating issues, supporting testing and validation, and responding to inquiries.
• Support efforts to identify and implement enhancements to the performance platform to meet evolving business needs.
