Job summary

Common App is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Product Adoption to drive growth across multiple products and programs. You will be the primary spokesperson for programs, delivering webinars, presentations, and conferences while coordinating with product strategy and marketing to meet member needs.

You will travel up to 30% of the time and bring a strong background in enrollment or admissions, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Education, Communications, or similar.
• 5-8 years in enrollment/admissions, communications, account management, or customer service.
• 2-4 years as a people manager.
• Knowledge of higher education admissions cycle and member institutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in multiproduct and program usage among membership.
• Serve as SME for programs during webinars, presentations, and conferences.
• Collaborate with Member Services, product strategy and marketing to align offerings with member needs.
