Leading Edge Administrators is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support vendor due diligence, contract negotiations, and procurement processes across multiple modules while aligning with organizational objectives and compliance standards.

You will coordinate RFPs, renewals, pricing analyses, and help develop SLAs, KPIs, and performance guarantees. Remote role with nationwide scope and potential travel as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of progressive procurement, purchasing, sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain experience, including contract administration.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Aufgaben

• Execute vendor risk assessments and due diligence to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and support contract negotiations with MSAs, SOWs, and BAAs to optimize terms.
• Design and enforce performance guarantees, SLAs, KPIs, and liquidated damages.
• Establish vendor governance and oversight to ensure compliance with obligations.
• Manage renewals, market intelligence, and total cost of ownership analyses.
