Job summary

Fortrea seeks a Procurement and Supply Chain Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, and inventory control for CPS operations in the Austin area. You will partner with stakeholders to optimize procurement processes, contract management, and master data governance while expanding strategic sourcing programs across the CPS organization. On-site role with growth into broader supply chain leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, procurement, operations, finance or life sciences.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions without direct authority.
• Experience managing multiple priorities in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies for assigned spend categories.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual obligations.
• Manage supplier relationships and monitor performance using KPIs.
• Develop inventory control processes and oversee warehousing and logistics.
• Collaborate with Finance, Quality, Operations and Legal as a partner to CPS.
