Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of progressive procurement or supply-chain experience.
• At least 5 years of leadership or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic sourcing, supplier development, contract negotiation, cost management, and supply-risk mitigation.
• Experience working with manufacturing operations, production equipment, quality systems, and technical stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, mathematical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, supplier strategies, metrics, and executive-level recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy and governance, establishing policies and standard work.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, negotiations, and contracting to support cost reduction and continuity of supply.
• Analyze inbound logistics and total landed cost; optimize terms of sale and ownership transfer.
• Direct supplier development, quality improvement, and supplier-qualification processes.
• Assess procurement risks, develop alternate sources, and ensure compliance with government and customer standards.
• Leverage analytics and IT tools to monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead, coach, and mentor procurement staff and build cross-functional relationships.
