Job summary

Georgetown University seeks a Procurement Analyst to oversee sourcing and procurement lifecycle for the assigned unit. You will manage requisitions, POs, contract needs, and invoice tracking while serving as a subject matter expert on procurement-sourcing.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex payment triage issues, develop spend reports, and support university-wide procurement operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and familiarity with budgets, requisitions, POs, and procurement workflows.
• Ability to communicate university policies to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience triaging and escalating complex payment and invoice issues.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procure-to-pay activities from requisition to payment and contract lifecycle.
• Lead contract-need determinations, contract requests, and receiving/invoice tracking.
• Generate and review procurement spend reports to improve operations across units.
