Job summary

You will work with campus stakeholders to resolve payment triage and match exceptions, using ERP reports for financial management and process improvements. Strong Excel and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement-sourcing activities for assigned unit.
• Lead procure-to-pay lifecycle: requisition initiation, PO issuance, contract need, requests, receiving, invoicing, reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve invoice payment triage and match issues.
• Develop and review procurement spend reports to improve operations.
