Qualifications

• At time of application, you must be a citizen, national or permanent resident alien of the United States or eligible non-citizen for unrestricted employment.
• Education can be substituted with work experience year-for-year for a bachelor’s degree.
• One year of technical experience in centralized purchasing and standards and specifications development.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications and scopes of work for procurement compliance and accurate descriptions of goods, services, and construction.
• Review solicitation provisions and recommend changes.
• Assist divisions with planning and preparing professional services solicitations.
• Review and advise on vendor qualifications and evaluation summaries.
• Draft bid rejection letters for nonresponsive bids.
