Amrize is seeking a Procurement Specialist to implement procurement strategies at the Ada Cement Plant. You will coordinate local procurement of goods and services, drive supplier performance, and ensure compliance with policies while supporting cross-functional teams in strategic sourcing.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering and at least 5 years in procurement, with experience in contract writing and SAP preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5 years in procurement role with exposure to supply chain management and strategic sourcing.
• Ability to write procurement contracts and understand technical aspects of product lines.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and driving procurement excellence.
• SAP experience is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement procurement strategies under the leadership of the Procurement Manager.
• Coordinate operational and tactical procurement of local goods and services.
• Execute category strategy and supplier performance communication.
• Carry out RFx processes according to procurement policies.
• Measure KPIs and report savings and performance.
• Support local businesses with goods and services agreements for main plant operations equipment and parts.
• Ensure local savings are reported per category guidelines.
• Promote health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
