Job summary

You will contribute to supplier performance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement within a dynamic team. The role requires a minimum of 3 years in procurement or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong MS Office/Power Platform skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent, relevant experience accepted.
• Minimum of 3 years of procurement/supply chain experience.
• Experience in source to contract, requisition to pay, and negotiation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite; Power Platform knowledge.
• Pharmaceutical industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong executive functioning and autonomous work style with collaborative decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist with source-to-contract procurement processes aligned to category vision.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policies and diversity/sustainability goals.
• Provide input on supplier performance and procurement risks with Category Managers.
• Maintain excellence in contract execution including requisition to pay processes.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within procurement operations.
• Develop category expertise and personal capability through learning paths.
• Support team goals and ensure targets are delivered.
