Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Mgmt or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain or related function.
• Experience in source to contract, requisition to pay, and negotiation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Platform).
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Experience supporting Commercial categories such as Creative, Media, Market Research, and Patient Support Services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with source to contract procurement processes aligned with goals.
• Support Commercial Procurement by executing sourcing, contracting, and supplier management.
• Maintain compliance with procurement policy including supplier diversity and sustainability.
• Execute supplier management aligned to SRM strategy with negotiations and workshops.
• Adhere to risk mitigation plans and communicate supplier performance issues.
• Maintain excellence in contract execution and identify process inefficiencies.
• Lead continuous improvement projects within PSC and develop category expertise.
• Oversee Specialists’ execution and provide feedback to develop capabilities.
• Enable team goals and ensure performance targets are met.
