Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Specialist in Procurement Management to execute source-to-contract activities and support supplier diversity initiatives. You will help manage supplier performance, mitigate risks, and drive efficiency across the requisition-to-pay lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; equivalent experience acceptable.
• 3+ years in procurement or supply chain roles with source to contract exposure.
• Experience negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Execute source-to-contract procurement processes aligned with category strategy.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and supplier diversity goals.
• Support supplier performance, risk mitigation and operational resilience.
