Job summary

EPTAM Precision in Northfield, NH is hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing of raw materials, services, and supplies for production. This role supports our FDA-registered, ISO 13485 facility and works closely with suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will enter POs in ERP, monitor inventory, coordinate with the supply base, and assist with RFQs and supplier relationships. Competitive pay plus benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree preferably with a major in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant purchasing experience, or demonstrated ability to perform essential functions.
• Experience in manufacturing, medical device or similarly regulated environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders through ERP system and maintain PO accuracy.
• Analyze and monitor inventory to keep optimal levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers for on-time deliveries and matching demand.
• Review back orders and communicate with purchasing, planning, and sales.
• Expedite past due or rush orders as required.
• Update ERP with current lead times and maintain supplier profiles.
• Complete RFQs and update supplier pricing; resolve issues with receiving and RMAs.
• Collaborate with departments and assist during audits and inspections.
