Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year purchasing experience; internships and PT acceptable.
• Experience in manufacturing/medical device environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders through ERP system and maintain PO accuracy.
• Analyze and monitor inventory to ensure optimal levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and alignment with demand.
• Expedite past due or rush orders as required.
• Maintain supplier profiles and complete RFQs as needed.
• Collaborate with departments on procurement issues and audits.
