Instant Systems is seeking a full-time Procurement Specialist to secure reliable supplies for our medical and bioprocessing products. This role focuses on purchasing from materials to services while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of procurement experience, particularly in a medical device environment. You will thrive if you enjoy an autonomous work environment and possess strong negotiation skills.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years of procurement or purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with purchasing controls under ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Proven negotiation experience with measurable cost savings.
• Experience buying medical-grade polymers or films preferred.

Aufgaben

• Buy direct and indirect materials and services for assigned categories.
• Run RFQs and RFPs, compare bids and recommend awards.
• Manage supplier audits and requalification processes.
• Track supplier scorecards and lead reviews with suppliers.
