Job summary

Maravai LifeSciences Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Staff Procurement Specialist to join the purchasing team. You will manage planning, procurement, and vendor relationships to support manufacturing operations, drive cost savings, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience in planning and procurement in a manufacturing setting. On-site work with cross-functional collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of planning and procurement/purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as NetSuite and Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with budgeting.
• Experience scheduling both non-recurring and recurring production needs.
• Knowledge of 21 CFR 820, ICH Q7, ISO 9001, and/or ISO 13485 is a plus.

• Track purchase history, manage orders, and maintain accurate records.
