The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of experience in a buying role, preferably within the life sciences field. Responsibilities include negotiating purchase orders, resolving supply chain issues, and coordinating with various teams. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and ERP systems are essential. The position demands excellent communication and organizational abilities, while being proactive in problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a buyer, preferably in life sciences.
• Ability to work well with product management and management updates.
• Experience in supplier management and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and generate purchase orders as per MRP.
• Resolve daily internal purchasing issues and communicate with teams.
• Support cost reduction programs and manage inventory discrepancies.

Skills

Experience as a buyer (preferably life science)

Ability to work cross-functionally

Experience with suppliers

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Data entry into ERP systems (e.g., Oracle)

Good organizational skills

Strong communication skills
