Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree and two years of related experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge and/or experience with UNC ConnectCarolina and Maximo PM systems.
• Position requires sitting, standing, ascend/descend stairs, bending, stooping, lifting up to 25 lbs. Valid Driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist Energy Services management with multi-departmental contract oversight and procurement of goods and services.
• Secure vendor quotes and ensure completeness of procurement packages.
• Process requisitions in Connect Carolina for purchases requiring a University Purchase Order; coordinate with Central Purchasing for timely completion of procurement cycle.
