Morley Moss is seeking a Procurement Specialist in Sunnyvale, TX to support purchasing for electrical contracting projects. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of administrative procurement experience and strong analytical skills.

You will prepare purchase orders, evaluate supplier bids, manage vendor relationships, and maintain purchasing records while upholding confidentiality and ISO 9000 standards. Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years working in administrative/procurement capacity for construction/electrical contractor environments.
• Bachelor’s Degree or currently pursuing preferred; comparable relevant work experience also acceptable.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and purchasing/ERP software; strong vendor coordination skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Procurement Director; act as gate keeper and primary internal/external contact.
• Prepare purchase orders and distribute to suppliers and requesting departments.
• Compare supplier bids with POs to verify accuracy; maintain purchasing files and price lists.
• Check shipments for accuracy and conformance to specs; communicate with vendors as needed.
• Maintain payroll item codes in databases and match packing slips to invoices before AP processing.
• Resolve invoice or payment issues; manage office supplies inventory and distribution.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and represent Procurement Director when needed.
