Crescent Systems, Inc. (CSI) in Richardson, TX is seeking a Procurement Specialist to support all procurement activities for hardware and software products. The role includes purchasing materials, receiving goods, invoicing, vendor qualification, and tracking purchases within the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, DoD experience, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams. U.S. citizenship and security clearance eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business, management or equivalent.
• 7 years of procurement experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience ensuring contractual requirements are met in POs.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 5+ years with DoD experience and current security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Support all procurement aspects for CSI, including purchasing materials and services.
• Receive material, process invoicing, qualify vendors, track purchases.
• Coordinate with engineering and drawing packages as needed.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and follow instructions.
