Job summary

The role involves leading RFQ processes, analyzing quotations, and collaborating with internal customers while ensuring compliance with procurement policies. Travel (domestic to international supplier facilities) may be required based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Supply Chain and/or Technical Field.
• 0-3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles.
• Experience or understanding of Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal customers to understand business needs and ensure compliance with procurement policies.
• Lead RFQ processes, analyze supplier quotations, and negotiate costs while meeting bid requirements.
• Manage supplier communications, orders, changes, and quality expectations; resolve issues.
• Execute and manage purchase orders and maintain audit trails; support cross-team procurement initiatives.
