Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a Purchasing/Procurement related role or field with applicable job knowledge.
• Preferred: 1–3 years of experience in construction procurement.
• Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with SAP/Ariba or major ERP systems.
• Experience with multi-step strategic sourcing processes and category management.

Aufgaben

• Develop, execute, and implement strategic sourcing in alignment with category goals.
• Own supplier performance, risk management, and contract protection for Honda.
• Lead projects and monitor progress; adjust direction as needed.
• Negotiate and collaborate across Honda North America sites to meet category targets.
• Communicate Total Cost of Ownership to stakeholders; drive cost reductions.
• Drive continuous improvement of regional procurement processes and tools.
