Hitachi Energy is seeking a Procurement Senior Professional to manage strategic sourcing and procurement across multiple categories, supporting supply chain operations through sourcing strategy development, supplier management, contract negotiation, and procurement execution.

You will lead the full procurement lifecycle from market review to vendor management, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, legal, and finance to address supply chain risks and drive cost reduction while ensuring

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive procurement or supply chain management experience in a large multinational organization.
• Experience leading complex procurement projects, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and monitoring supplier performance.

Mansioni

• Develop strategic sourcing plans for goods and services.
• Lead procurement activities including supplier identification, RFP/RFQ processes, bid evaluation, negotiation, contract drafting, and vendor management.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with suppliers to support innovation and continuous improvement.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and implement procurement strategies to achieve savings while maintaining quality and delivery requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and manage performance issues and disputes.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, legal, and finance teams to support business requirements.
• Monitor market conditions, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify sourcing opportunities and mitigate supply chain risks.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
