Job summary

A leading staffing solutions firm is seeking a Sr. Procurement Specialist in Tempe, AZ. The role involves supporting commodity teams, managing RFQs, and ensuring compliance in eAuction projects. Candidates must possess strong communication skills and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience with Ariba and SAP is preferred. The position is full-time with first shift hours from 8am to 5pm. Only U.S. citizens will be considered for this role.

Qualifications

• Read, Write and Speak in English.
• U.S Citizen.
• 1+ years of experience in sourcing, planning, or related field in the supply chain preferred.
• Experience working in large, multi-national firms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support commodity teams in driving eAuction success.
• Send out RFQs to suppliers and respond to supplier questions.
• Negotiate T&Cs prior to auction.
• Work cross-functionally to meet eAuction project objectives.

Excellent written and presentation skills

Advanced level expertise with Microsoft Office Suite

Education
