Job summary

Quantum Health, Inc. is hiring a Procurement Specialist to manage sourcing, vendor relationships, contracts, and process improvements. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years in procurement, with experience in Workday Procurement and strategic sourcing, plus strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing, and/or strategic sourcing experience.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with Workday Procurement and strategic sourcing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to supplier management.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs for assigned categories and units.
• Develop scalable procurement processes and ensure policy compliance.
• Conduct total cost of ownership analyses and vendor pricing evaluations.
• Review contracts, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, and related procurement docs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, IT, and business leaders on terms and risk.
• Utilize Workday and other procurement systems for workflows and reporting.
• Prepare procurement reports and dashboards for leadership.
