Job summary

Quantum Health in Dublin, OH is seeking a Procurement Specialist to lead sourcing, vendor negotiations, and contract support. You will optimize supplier relationships, drive cost savings, and ensure compliance with procurement policies in a hybrid work setting.

The role requires a 3–5 year track record in procurement, a related degree, and strong analytical and negotiation skills to support strategic sourcing initiatives across indirect categories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing or sourcing experience.
• Experience using strategic sourcing software and procurement systems.
• Experience supporting indirect procurement categories preferred.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Financial acumen with spend analysis and cost-savings focus.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices, supplier management and contracts.
• Ability to think strategically and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across levels and vendors.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
• Workday Procurement and/or Workday Sourcing experience preferred.
• Certifications CPSM/CPM/CSCP or equivalent preferred.
• Experience supporting procurement transformation and process improvements.
• Familiarity with supplier risk and IT security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement lifecycle from sourcing to supplier management.
• Lead RFI, RFQ and RFP initiatives for categories and units.
• Develop scalable procurement processes and policies.
• Conduct strategic sourcing to identify savings and efficiencies.
• Analyze purchasing data, spend and market trends for advice.
• Perform total cost of ownership analyses and pricing evaluations.
• Review supplier proposals, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs and amendments.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance, HR, IT and business leaders on terms and risk.
• Support supplier negotiations for favorable terms and service commitments.
• Monitor vendor performance and contract compliance.
• Assess renewals, renegotiations, terminations and new sourcing opportunities.
• Use Workday or similar ERP for workflows and reporting.
• Develop procurement reports, dashboards and leadership presentations.
• Provide procurement training and internal communications.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement operations.
