Qualifications

• At least 5 years of supply chain, engineering or manufacturing experience
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement and quality requirements for product implementation and program launches from initiation through delivery.
• Represent Procurement and Quality on program teams for all new program introductions.
• Relay program information to the organization and ensure assignments are completed to support goals.
• Ensure timing is on track for milestones, mitigate risks, and report activity to senior leadership.
• Manage project budget and collaborate with engineering and quality teams to achieve best cost and quality.
• Proactively solve issues and ensure projects have correct parts and stay on schedule and budget.
• Lead implementation follow-through with strong problem-solving and presentation skills.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to large groups, cross-functional teams, and executives.
