Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs addressing quality, cost reductions, and supplier challenges.
• Ensure alignment with the Change Control Board (CCB) and deliver milestones.
• Own critical program moments: cost/value analysis, release management, quality metrics, risk handling, production launches.
• Monitor design and product costs to maintain value.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain momentum and avoid gaps.
