Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category strategies to align with International's business objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing decisions and supplier selection for new product launches and current business for improved cost, quality, or delivery opportunities.
• Analyze category spend to identify and develop savings opportunities using procurement levers such as competitive bidding, global sourcing, negotiation, and cost optimization.
• Research industry trends, global markets, benchmark data, and understand underlying cost drivers.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best overall total cost of ownership.
• Execute legal agreements such as Comprehensive Supply Agreements and Development Agreements.
• Build strong strategic partnerships with suppliers to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
