The role interfaces with Procurement, Engineering, and Operations to maintain seamless workflow and timely job releases.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in manufacturing planning, strong MRP/ERP skills, Excel/Word proficiency, and excellent organizational abilities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in manufacturing planning, scheduling, or operations.
• Proficient with MRP/ERP systems for scheduling and inventory planning.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed production schedules aligned with customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Builds rolling three‑month production forecasts and communicates schedules across teams.
• Uses MRPIERP to coordinate planning, material requirements, inventory, and workflows.
• Adjusts schedules based on demand, constraints, and priorities.
• Analyzes capacity, identifies bottlenecks, and proposes solutions to reduce delays.
• Coordinates with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure material availability.
• Monitors material status, deliveries, and inventory to prevent shortages.
• Maintains accurate MRP/ERP master data including lead times and safety stock.
• Creates production jobs and manages travelers for on‑time releases.
• Collaborates with Engineering to resolve issues impacting schedules or deliveries.
